3.I have an account but I forgot my password, what do I do?
Sorry to hear that. Click on the sign in page, click ‘forgot password’, then input the email you used in setting up the account and submit. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to retrieve/reset your password.
4.I don’t feel comfortable using my card details, what do I do?
We’ve got you. The system is fully secure and all transactions are encrypted, so your card is safe and private.
5.Can I set up auto-pay with my card for the monthly payments?
Yes. The option for auto-pay is available. You can locate it under ‘my account’ then ‘billing’
6.Can I download the course/training materials?
Yes you can. However, only worksheets in pdf formats are downloadable now. You can always access audio-visual files online at anytime.

8.Why is my card payment not processing?
Sorry to hear that. If you are sure you inputted the correct card details, then confirm with your card provider if your card is still valid or if you have sufficient funds on the card. Also there are generally supported cards that are accepted.
